Xenadrine Ephedra

How Xenadrine, when it had ephedra, worked.

Having owned several retail health foods stores, we are very familiar with the "old" Xenadrine with ephedra alkaloids. The main ingredient of the old Xenadrine RFA 1 was ephedra. It contained ephedra alkaloids stimulate the central nervous system by interacting with neurotransmitter receptors which dilate bronchial tubes, elevate blood pressure, and increase heart rate. Because these processes increase thermogenesis (the production of heat), Ephedra has been shown to stimulate weight loss as well. In dietary supplements, ephedra is often combine with caffeine, guarana, and other ingredients to improve it's effectiveness.

Alert: There are now fake ephedra products that say they are a copy of the old Xenadrine. They have ephedra "Leaves" that DO NOT contain ephedra alkaloids.

Metabadrine is very similar to the old Xenadrine RFA-1 when it had ephedra, so of course it still works like the old Xenadrine.

Ephedra was popular for its metabolism boosting and enhanced calorie burning properties, as well as, its ability to control cravings.

Xenadrine with Ephedra Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take two Xenadrine capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two Xenadrine capsules at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water. Do not take in the evening. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR Xenadrine CAPSULES PER DAY. Individuals weighing under 150 pounds may wish to begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one capsule twice per day). For best results, use Xenadrine as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program.
Xenadrine contains Ephedra which can sometimes cause an upset stomach. The Ginger ingredient in Xenadrine may help counter this effect.

Xenadrine RFA -1 also contains other ingredients like White Willow Bark and DMAE. The White Willow bark in Xenadrine is the ingredient that precedes Aspirin. This is needed to make Xenadrine and ECA Stack.
